PURPOSE: A hand pump with a slidable sealing member is provided to prevent fire since a cover member covers a hotwire in order to prevent the exposure of the hotwire.;CONSTITUTION: A hand pump with a slidable sealing member comprises a hotwire(20), a cover member(30), a power supply unit(15), and a switch unit(40). The hotwire is projected from a pump body to be exposed to the outside. The cover member can move up and down toward the pump body and covers the hotwire. The power supply unit is mounted in the pump body or the cover member and is connected to the hotwire.
