PURPOSE: A method for shortening a location estimation update cycle and enhancing the positioning accuracy of a mobile node by pre-compensating error elements in a radio positioning network are provided to conveniently perform measure procedures by adopting an SDS-TWR(Symmetric Double Sided-Two Way Ranging) method and a TWR method in a wireless measurement network. CONSTITUTION: A position estimation server estimates a relative clock offset value among plural fixing nodes by using a TWR distance measurement value in the SDS-TWR procedure(S720). The plural fixing nodes measure the distance between mobile nodes and the plural fixing nodes. The plural fixing nodes report the distance measurement value to the position estimation server(S730). The position estimation server estimates the position coordinate of the mobile node from the distance measurement value between the mobile nodes and the plural fixing nodes(S740).
