DEVICE FOR REMOVING ARC DROSS GENERATED AFTER PLASMA CUTTING, WHICH CAN IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ARC DROSS BY AIR INJECTION

PURPOSE: A device for removing arc dross generated after plasma cutting is provided to remove arc dross stacked on the opposite side of cut section by using an air injection device.;CONSTITUTION: A device for removing arc dross comprises a nozzle holder(100), a rotary cylinder(120) and a robot arm(130). The nozzle holder arranges a plurality of air nozzles(110) in order to eliminate the arc remains. The nozzle holder forms a through hole in order to locate each air nozzle. The nozzle holder forms a combine hole in order to be communicated with the through hole at an orthogonal direction. The rotor cylinder is located on top of the nozzle holder to adjust angle by rotating the nozzle holder. The air nozzle is separated from the central line of the steel material cross section as 80mm~120mm at an orthogonal direction and sprays air.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
