PURPOSE: An LED lamp with a releasing preventing function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a waterproof property by molding a gap between an LED device and a bolt unit. CONSTITUTION: A releasing preventing function is combined with one terminal(22). An insulation member(34) is insert-molded on a bolt unit(30) with a screw thread for fixing the releasing preventing unit. The releasing preventing unit penetrates through the insulation member and is connected to the other terminal of an LED of a socket. A gap between an LED device and the bolt unit is molded.
