PURPOSE: A trolley fixing device is provided to prevent the movement or shaking of a trolley on a molding press in a process of molding a tire and uniformly supply a half-finished tire.;CONSTITUTION: A trolley fixing device comprises a rack gear and a fixing assembly(6). The rack gear is fixed to the floor of the moving path of a trolley and controls the position of the trolley. The fixing assembly is mounted on the trolley and is coupled to the rack gear to fix the position of the trolley. The fixing assembly comprises a fixing pin(3) and a toggle clamp(2). The fixing pin moves up and down and is coupled to the rack gear to fix the trolley. The toggle clamp controls the vertical movement of the fixing pin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
