PURPOSE: Navigation method and device of a mobile terminal are provided to enable a user to rapidly check points of interest(POI) by updating only the points of interest.;CONSTITUTION: A navigation device of a mobile terminal comprises a storage unit(404), a display unit(405) and a control unit(407). The storage unit stores a list of points of interest, which represent a variety of kinds of points of interest. The display unit displays the POI list. The control unit updates POI data corresponding to a first kind of POI in a predetermined radius based on current position when the first kind of POI is selected from the POI list.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
