PURPOSE: A radio resource assignment system considering interference between slots in a high speed wireless communication system is provided to reduce a whole interference influence between neighboring cells.;CONSTITUTION: A base station(330) checks a requested service of a user terminal(310). If the requested service is a shared resource service, the base station allocates a general slot. If the requested service is a dedicated resource service, the base station allocates a cross slot based on a path loss of the user terminal.
