摘要

PURPOSE: High-density polyurethane foam and manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a desired property of polyurethane foam to be manufactured since the density of the polyurethane foam, the amount of gas in cells and a foaming condition are controlled.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high-density polyurethane foam is as follows. An uniform thickness of a continuous strand mat is formed(P11). The mole ratio of hydroxyl group to isocyanate group to be 1.00~1.30, polyol foaming liquid is manufactured (S12). Water of 0.05~0.64 wt.% to the entire weight of the polyol foaming liquid is added and the polyol flaming liquid is sprayed and foamed to the continuous strand mat (P13). Pressure is applied to the polyurethane foam comprising the continuous strand mat to control thickness(P14).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
