PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented drink containing pleurotus ostreatus is provided to secure the improved antioxidant activity of the fermented drink. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented drink containing pleurotus ostreatus comprises the following steps: washing and drying the pleurotus ostreatus, and cutting and crushing the dried pleurotus ostreatus for obtaining pleurotus ostreatus powder; mixing the pleurotus ostreatus powder, black sugar, bacillus subtilis, and purified water, and fermenting the mixed liquid at 45~55deg C for 36~60hours; inserting acetobacter aceti to the fermented liquid, and fermenting the mixture for 20~40days at 25~35deg C: filtering and sterilizing the fermented liquid, and packing; and adding oligosaccharide to the liquid.
