METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SILANE-MMT-REINFORCED HIGH PERFORMANCE NANOCOMPOSITES

PURPOSE: A producing method of a silane-montmorillonite reinforced high strength nanocomposite is provided to increase the coherence between montmorillonite and a polymer resin for reinforcing the strength of the nanocomposite. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a silane-montmorillonite reinforced high strength nanocomposite comprises the following steps: removing sodium positive ions from montmorillonite using the ion exchange; surface-processing the montmorillonite with a silane compound; and producing a polymer nanocomposite using the surface-processed montmorillonite as an intensifier. The polymer nanocomposite contains 0.1~30wt% of montmorillonite.
