PURPOSE: A rattle noise reducing apparatus of a crash pad for a vehicle is provided to remarkably reduce rattle noise using a synthetic resin layer and to reduce the weight and costs of the apparatus without using a tapping screw or a non-woven pad. ;CONSTITUTION: A rattle noise reducing apparatus of a crash pad for a vehicle comprises a grommet(300). The grommet comprises a mounting self clip(302) and a stud bolt contact unit(303). The mounting self clip is inserted into a mounting flange(402) of a cowl panel of a vehicle body. The stud bolt contact unit is inserted into a stud bolt(403) installed in the cowl panel of the vehicle body. A crash pad connection unit(301) of the grommet is inserted into the insertion hole of the crash pad.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
