PURPOSE: A sound insulation performance improvement method for a bulkhead of a vessel is provided to improve sound insulation performance by attaching many additional masses to the boundary of a bulkhead and reducing the noise of a low-frequency area occurring in the boundary of a bulkhead. ;CONSTITUTION: A sound insulation performance improvement method for a bulkhead of a vessel comprises the steps of attaching many additional masses along the boundary between a bulkhead and a vessel structure, increasing the weight and stiffness of the boundary of the bulkhead, reducing low-frequency noise occurring in the boundary of the bulkhead, and improving sound insulation performance for a low-frequency area.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
