PURPOSE: A groove pattern structure of a tire tread for reducing noise is provided to reduce pipe resonance of a tire from longitudinal grooves by neck grooves in operation of the tire. ;CONSTITUTION: A groove pattern structure of a tire tread for reducing noise comprises cavity grooves(3) and neck grooves1,2(4a,4b). The cavity grooves are formed between a plurality of main grooves(2) on a tread(1) in the progressing direction of a tire at regular intervals. The neck grooves1,2 are formed on a part, at which each cavity groove and main groove are connected. The neck grooves1,2 connect the cavity grooves to the main grooves. The neck grooves satisfies a / b = (A2/L2) * (L1/A1), where a and b are the lengths of the tire tread and A1 and A2 are the cross sectional areas of the neck groove1 and the neck groove2.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
