PURPOSE: A producing method of smart glass and the smart glass are provided to produce a coating film of the smart glass into a multi-layered form using a wet process. ;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of smart glass comprises the following steps: spraying a coating solution containing a thermochromic material and a silicon oxide on the surface of a glass substrate(130); and drying the coating solution for forming a coating film. The coating film has a multi-layered structure. The thermochromic material is a vanadium oxide. The thickness of the coating film is less than 500micrometers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
