PURPOSE: An automatic and manual rehabilitation exercise bike for patients paralyzed in hands and legs is provided to perform a suitable exercise according to the state of a patient. ;CONSTITUTION: An automatic and manual rehabilitation exercise bike for patients paralyzed in hands and legs comprises: a driving gear(110) which is integrally equipped in a driving shaft; a controller which is connected to a driving belt(120) and controls the rotation rate of the rotating driving drum through pedalling; and a driving part which selectively rotates the driving shaft. The driving part includes a drive motor generating torque rotating the driving shaft, and a power transmission which selectively transfers the torque of the drive motor to the driving shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
