PURPOSE: A method for editing text in a mobile terminal is provided to execute a mistyping detection function through a simple gesture. ;CONSTITUTION: If a shaking signal is sensed through a shaking sensing sensor of a mobile communication terminal, a control unit detects an mistyping about a text on a display unit(S3,S4). The control unit controls the display unit in order to distinguish the detected typing error with other text(S5).
