According to a process of welding the liner non-woven fabric in the gray back non-woven fabric, the strengthening tensile covering is offered. In order to have a rectangular opening before welding a rear side of the liner non-woven fabric in the white non-woven fabric the two-for-one twisting drag net phase fabrics woven compartment is welded between the liner non-woven fabric and white non-woven fabric overlapping.
