PURPOSE: A portable refrigerator using solar cells is provided to be used in both a sunshine reaching place and a sunshine no-reaching place since energy formed by a solar cell and an external power source are stored in a battery. ;CONSTITUTION: A portable refrigerator using solar cells comprises a body(9), a hinge(14), a thermoelectric device, a fan, an angle adjusting device, a temperature sensor, an MCU(Micro Control Unit), a socket(6) and a battery. The upper plate of the body is opened and closed. The body comprises an insulating material. The hinge closes the opening of the body. The fan emits heat generated from the thermoelectric device. The angle adjusting device controls the angle of a solar panel(5). The temperature sensor measures the inner temperature of the refrigerator and sends a signal to the angle adjusting device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
