PURPOSE: A stand assembly of a display device is provided to adjust a decline angle about a bottom surface. ;CONSTITUTION: A mounting holder(140) is installed in a lower part of a base(110). In the mounting holder, an install space including a slope section(144) is formed. A bottom plate(160) is hinge-coupled in the mounting holder.
