PURPOSE: An ultrasonic 3D image restoring method and an ultrasonic system thereof are provided to automatically control the position of a display by detecting the position of an eye of a user using a differential image between an infrared image and a non-infrared image. ;CONSTITUTION: Data of a plane wave transmitted in a plurality of directions is inputted. A two-dimensional image is formed by using data(S11). Three-dimensional data is obtained by applying a back projection method to the two-dimensional image(S13). The three-dimensional image is restored by the IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform) of the three-dimensional image data(S15).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
