PURPOSE: A paging management method and system thereof for a micro home base station are provided to transfer a paging message to a home base station in a virtual tracking area where a terminal is located. ;CONSTITUTION: A gateway(110) for a micro base station forms a group according to the location of a macro base station. The gateway for a micro base station constitutes a virtual tracking region. The gateway for a micro base station confirms the final micro base station.
