PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a satellite navigating signal is provided to reduce time required for generating the signal by determining a pseudo range calculating period and calculating a pseudo range per period. ;CONSTITUTION: An orbit generating part(100) generates the orbit of a satellite based on the orbit element of the satellite. An offset generating part(200) generates the ion layer offset and convection layer offset and the clock offset of the satellite. A pseudo range generating part(420) calculates a real range between the satellite and a receiving unit. A navigation data generating part(300) generates navigation data based on satellite orbit parameters and offset parameters. A carrier wave generating part(470) generates carrier wave corresponding to the central frequency of an IF signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
