PURPOSE: A degreasing device for specimens is provided to remove the moisture of specimen surface by spraying air and nitrogen gas to the surface of the specimen using a drying member after cleaning water and degreasing solution are sprayed. ;CONSTITUTION: A degreasing device for specimens comprises a transferring member, a degreasing member, a washing member, and a drying member. The transferring member is arranged in the upper part of a table(100). A specimen(T) is transferred by the transferring member according to electric signals. The degreasing member sprays degreasing solution to the surface of the specimen transferred by the transferring member.
