PURPOSE: A security control system of a personal communication system is provided to limit a usage of a component of personal communication terminal and a computing resource in security area base don a previously established security control policy and area of a terminal user. ;CONSTITUTION: A terminal registration agent(103) registers a security control policy about user information of personal communications terminals(101,102) and personal communications system and component information within a security zone.
