PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for combining both group communication and one-to-one communication in a wireless IP network are provided to combine both voice communication and data communication according to the selection of a user. ;CONSTITUTION: In case a one-to-one communication request is allowed, a complex terminal requests a concurrent mode service to a server(S214,S215). The server receives a group communication IP packet(S220). In case a user who requests a concurrent mode exists, the server changes the received IP packet into the string data packet(S222,S224). The server transmits the string data packet to the concurrent mode user(S226). The server transmits a voice data packet to a group communication mode user(S228).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
