PURPOSE: A medicine taking support device, a case discharging method thereof, a medicine taking support system, and a medicine taking support method are provided to discharge medicine without a discharge error. CONSTITUTION: A medicine taking support device comprises: an output unit(110) which performing an alarm or a warning according to a medicine taking situation of a user; an input unit(120) in which a medicine withdraw order from the user is input; a receipt box storage unit(130) in which a plurality of medicines are accepted; and a discharge module(140) which discharges the lowest bottom receipt box of the receipt box storage unit to the outside according to a discharge order.
