PURPOSE: An efficient implicit display of a message size including a variable length field in a system using blind decoding is provided from a receiver to position the variable length field in order that the variable length field is shown in the minimum enable basic units from a first basic unit. ;CONSTITUTION: On the basis of one or more first variable length fields, the length of the second variable length field of a resource allocation message and the total length of the resource allocation message are decided. At least one of the one or more first variable length fields occupies a location in the resource allocation message preceding a plurality of enable fixed length fields within a range allowed by a rule of controlling the structure of the resource allocation message.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
