PURPOSE: A cushion member is provided to make a good posture and balance with a balance of up and down power according to a user's weight, to help a blood circulation and an energy flow through body stimulations, namely body massage effects and correct wrong postures. ;CONSTITUTION: The cushion member includes a cushion plate(1) forming a floor side, an plurality of impact-absorbing projections(2) arranged in the cushion plate, a shock absorbing space formed inside of the impact-absorbing projection, a finger pressure protrusion(4) formed in the central part of the impact-absorbing projection. In the cushion plate, a plurality of through-hole(5) for the air circulations are formed. In an opening part of the shock absorbing space, a support projection is formed. The cushion plate is formed of silicon, in which negative ion emission powder is added.
