PURPOSE: A co-extruded film is provided to improve long term endurance of a vacuous insulator by applying an aluminum foil consisting of iron(Fe) below 0.65 weight% to a barrier layer and by applying a PET film coated with a PVDC to a protective layer. ;CONSTITUTION: The co-extruded film for the vacuous insulator includes a protective layer(210) absorbing and dispersing external shock; a barrier layer(220), which is adhered at the lower part of the protective layer, and secludes inflow of external gas or moisture; a sealing layer(230), which is adhered at the lower part of the barrier layer, and is closely adhered to the surface of a core material. The barrier layer includes the aluminum foil consisting of iron(Fe) below 0.65 weight%. The protective layer is formed by adhering a PET[Polyethylene Terephthalate] film coated with the PVDC[Polyvinylidene Chloride] and a nylon film. A surface of the PET film coated with the PVDC is exposed to outside. A thickness of the PET film coated with the PVDC is 5~25μm. A thickness of the nylon film is 5~30μm. An inorganic arc layer consisting of alumina or silica is formed in the lower part of the PET film coated with the PVDC. The barrier layer is formed by adhering the aluminum foil and an EVOH [Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol] film. The barrier layer is formed to stick the EVOH film to the sealing layer. The vacuous insulator includes the core materials; a coating material, which is formed into the co-extruded film having the barrier feature to gas or moisture and covers up the core material. The co-extruded film includes a protective layer formed by adhering the PET film coated with the PVDC and the nylon film; a barrier layer, which is adhered at the lower part of the protective layer and has the aluminum foil consisting of iron(Fe) below 0.65 weight%; and a sealing layer, which is adhered at the lower part of the barrier layer and is closely adhered to a core material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
