PURPOSE: A device for measuring molten metal level using pressure sensor is provided to analyze the surface shape of molten metal by arranging a plurality of pressure sensors around a molten metal container. ;CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring molten metal level using pressure sensor comprises a pressure sensor(144) and a signal processing unit(150). The pressure sensor is installed on a wall of a molten metal container(130) which is located on the lower part of a furnace. The pressure sensor converts pressure intension into electric signals according to the load of a molten metal(131) stored in the molten metal container. The signal processing unit detects the electric signal inputted from the pressure sensor. The signal processing unit calculates the level of the molten metal of the container. The pressure sensor comprises upper and lower pressure sensors. The upper pressure sensor is arranged higher than the iron notch of the molten metal container. The pressure of lower part sensor is arranged lower than the iron notch.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
