PURPOSE: A fast handover method to the cellular network in the wireless LAN is provided to omit a part of the unnecessary procedure. ;CONSTITUTION: A transmit unit(510) transmits a service request message to the base station. A receiver(530) receives the tunneling data received in a base station in response to the service request message from the access point from the base station. The service request message comprises an UNA(Unsolicited Neighbor Advertisement) message. In case the received signal strength of the pilot signal is the predetermined threshold or less, the receiver receives the information for the base station from the access point.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
