PURPOSE: A display control device and a display control method are provided to display an image within a page even in a high-speed page converting operation. ;CONSTITUTION: A CPU initializes a variable i(S801). In case the variable i is greater than the maximum value of a pre-reading list, the CPU confirms whether the pre-reading list is updated(S802,S806). In case the variable i is not greater than the maximum value of the pre-reading list, the CPU decides whether the i-numbered image of the pre-reading list is read out(S803). In case the i-numbered image is read out, the CPU increases the variable i as 1(S805). In case the i-numbered image is not read out, the CPU reads out the i-numbered image of the pre-reading list(S804).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
