PURPOSE: A method for predicting anticancer drug sensitivity using SNP is provided to select a proper anticancer drug through treatment progress. ;CONSTITUTION: A method for screening SNP for predicting anticancer drug sensitivity comprises: a step of relatively analyzing SNP analysis result and in vitro tumor response array result using tumor tissue from a patient to select SNP genotype; and a step of selecting SNP genotype considering genotype positioned in a linkage disequilibrium block, htSNP(haplotype tagging SNP), functional SNP, and Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium P value in a normal population group.
