PURPOSE: A container loading apparatus and a container transport ship therewith are provided to safely and rapidly fix and load containers using automated equipment for fixing and loading the container. ;CONSTITUTION: A container loading apparatus comprises multiple unit cell structures(U). Each unit cell structure comprises a bottom member(430). The bottom member divides a rectangular bottom plate in which a container is loaded. The bottom member comprises a container fixing unit. The container fixing unit is inserted or eliminated into/from a corner insertion unit formed in the bottom plate.
