PURPOSE: friction stir weld device and method offer prevent titanium backing plate deformation channel during agitating friction weldering. ;CONSTITUTION: mandrel (120) is axially inserted into frame rotation. Stirring pin (130) forms lower spindle. Stirring pin goes to the main body of aluminium alloy thick plate stir friction welding seam and the titanium backboard of lid. Shell (140) forms on frame and stirs the downside of pin.
