PURPOSE: A vulcanization green tire dual transportation module is provided to control to other transportation module inside one transportation module of two by binding two transportation modules which loaded each green tire, and to transport the two transportation modules at the same time. ;CONSTITUTION: The vulcanization green tire dual transportation module(200) includes: a first master transport device(Master EMS); a driving motor; and a second master transport device(Slave EMS) etc. The main control part is provided the operation order from the transportation management system, and manages the state control of the inverter part and input / output relay part. The input / output relay part controls the sensor having function related to the operation for unloading the green tire following the order of the main control. The driving motor is equipped inside following the order of the input / output relay part, and is driven with the hoist motor. The first master transport device(200A) comprises the first inverter part which controls to drive on the rail to the target location. The master transport device(200B) comprises the second inverter part which drives with the first master transport device(Master EMS) following the driving control of the hoister motor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
