PURPOSE: A photo-resist resin composition for a color filter protective film, the color filter protective film using the same, and an image sensor including the color filter protective film are provided to improve the bonding force of the color filter protective film with respect to a sub-layer. ;CONSTITUTION: A photo-resist resin composition includes an alkaline soluble resin, a reactive unsaturated compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The alkaline soluble resin includes a cross-linkable alkaline soluble resin with a repeating unit which is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, the A1 is substituted or non-substituted aromatic organic group, or substituted or non-substituted alicyclic organic group. The A2 is represented by chemical formula 2 or 3. The R1 and the R3 are respectively substituted or non-substituted alkylene group. The R2 is hydrogen atom, or substituted or non-substituted alkyl group. The R4 is oxygen atom, or substituted or non-substituted amine group. In the chemical formula 2, the A3 is substituted or non-substituted aromatic organic group, or substituted or non-substituted alicyclic organic group.
