PURPOSE: A fail-safe mechanism of a regenerative braking system is provided to prevent the increase in expenses due to a high-priced device like an ESC(electronic stability control) premium by cutting off an oil pressure supply passage of a master cylinder of an actuator side mechanically and supplying rear wheel oil pressure using one solenoid valve. ;CONSTITUTION: A fail-safe mechanism of a regenerative braking system includes: an oil pressure interlocking portion(30) comprising an oil pressure interlocking line(31) connected from a sub chamber(6b) of a rear wheel master cylinder(6) to a front wheel hydraulic line(14) of a front wheel braking portion(10), and a solenoid valve(32) controlling the flow of hydraulic pressure of the oil pressure interlocking line with ECU(20) control; and an oil pressure transfer portion(40) detouring braking hydraulic pressure to a front wheel master cylinder(12) of the front wheel braking portion, and comprising a front master cylinder divided into a main chamber and a sub chamber, an oil pressure transfer line(41) connected from the sub chamber to the main chamber, and a valve(42) installed to a port of the main chamber connected with the oil pressure transfer line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
