PURPOSE: A magnetrohelogical fluid damper control method is provided to absorb an external impact quickly and stably, and to reduce the falling time needed until an external impact is absorbed and stabilized. ;CONSTITUTION: A magnetrohelogical fluid damper control method comprises the steps of: if an external impact is detected, cutting off the power supply to an electromagnet for forming a magnetic field and vanishing a magnetic field formed at the initial state, thereby increasing the viscosity of magnetrohelogical fluids and absorbing the external impact(S10~S30); and supplying power to the electromagnet in a proportional-plus-integral-plus-derivative control method, thereby stabilizing the output of the magnetrohelogical fluid damper(S40,S50).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
