METHOD FOR BRAZING DISSIMILAR METALS USING LASER

PURPOSE: A method for brazing dissimilar metals using laser is provided to optimize the width of a brazing part and to finely braze the surface of the metals. CONSTITUTION: A method for brazing dissimilar metals using laser is as follows. First and second metal panels(31,32), composed of one of iron-based metal, aluminum-based metal, and magnesium-based metal, are overlapped each other. An insertion metal(30), composed of aluminum-based metal or magnesium-based metal, is inserted into a joint part between the first and second metal panels. The first and second metal panels are brazed by heating the joint part using a laser beam(14).
