PURPOSE: A flowing layer carbon nanotube-thermoplastic resin conductivity conjugate yarn, containing the nano particle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reveal excellent electric conductivity with small quantity of filler by maximizing contact between the flowing layer carbon nanotube binding the silver nano particle and the thermoplastic resin. ;CONSTITUTION: The flowing layer carbon nanotube-thermoplastic resin conductivity conjugate yarn, containing the nano particle and the manufacturing method thereof are as follows. A deep part is composed of thermoplastic resin. of 70-80% weight compared to the whole weight of the conjugate yarn. The flowing layer multi-walled carbon nanotube has 0.25-5% weight, and welds nano silver of 10-200ppm. The thermoplastic resin has 20-30% weight, and manufactures a sheath by decentralizing the flowing layer multi-walled carbon nanotube binding the nano silver. The manufactured deep part and sheath melting-compounding spins the conjugate yarn at a spinning temperature of 250-300°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
