PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing polymer nano-composite product using aligned carbon nano-tubes is provided to adjust the distribution of carbon nano-tubes and to align the carbon nano-tubes by dispersing the carbon nano-tubes in a polymer matrix and implementing drawing and weaving processes.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polymer nano-composite product using aligned carbon nano-tubes includes the following: a carbon nano-tube mixture is prepared by mixing carbon nano-tubes with a polymer matrix; the carbon nano-tube mixture is high shear-dispersed; the dispersed carbon nano-tube mixture is one-axis drawn to become a tape form; the tape foamed carbon nano-tube mixture is aligned and woven to form a woven body; the woven body is thermally treated at a temperature which is higher than the melting point of the polymer matrix. The carbon nano-tubes are multi-walled carbon nano-tubes and the diameter thereof is between 20 and 200nm and the length thereof is lower than or equal to 200um.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
