PURPOSE: A safety opening apparatus of a vehicle is provided to evacuate a passenger from a vehicle quickly by opening a window automatically or unlocking a door automatically after appointed hours when a traffic accident occurs. ;CONSTITUTION: A safety opening apparatus of a vehicle comprises: an emergency opening control unit(10) producing an emergency opening signal if an impact applied to a vehicle is above the critical impact, and delaying the produced emergency opening signal as long as the appointed time and producing a delayed opening signal; and a window operating unit(30) opening a window of a vehicle according to the delayed opening signal. The emergency opening control unit comprises: an impact detection unit(11) detecting an impact added to a vehicle and judging whether or not the detected impact exceeds the critical impact; an opening signal production unit(12) descending a window of vehicle as much as the appointed interval and opening the window if the critical impact is detected in the impact detection unit; and a delay unit(13) delaying the emergency opening signal as long as the appointed time and producing the delayed opening signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
