PURPOSE: A multi-purpose holder is provided to be easy to carry, improve convenient in use, and be usable on the move. ;CONSTITUTION: A portable multimedia device is settled to a supporting board(110). A pair of first support members(122,124) is combined to the lower surface of the supporting board to rotate thereon. A pair of second support members(132,134) is combined to a location spaced from the first support member to rotate thereon.
