PURPOSE: A foreign substance blocking magnet way for a linear motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove foreign substances of a magnetic material easily, by using a plastic cover to fix position reference of a magnet. ;CONSTITUTION: An adhesive agent is coated on a back iron(53). An engineering plastic cover(52) is accurately positioned on the back iron coated with the adhesive agent. The adhesive agent is hardened. An adhesive agent is coated in a magnet insertion hole of the engineering plastic cover. A permanent magnet(51) is inserted into the magnet insertion hole. The adhesive agent is coated on the permanent magnet. A top cover(41) is bonded to the permanent magnet coated with the adhesive agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
