PURPOSE: A method for measuring the remaining rate of a color filter ink film and a method for predicting the thickness of a color filter ink film using the same are provided to reduce the time and costs for manufacturing a color filter. ;CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the remaining rate of a color filter ink film is as follows. A base material forms a light shielding part and a pixel part. Ink is discharged to the pixel part with an ink-jetting method. The total volume of the discharged ink is calculated from the volume of one ink drop. The discharged ink is dried and hardened to form an ink film.
