PURPOSE: A filtering type non-point contaminants processing apparatus is provided to expand the life expectance and maintaining the performance of an upward filtering unit by maintaining the upward filtering unit in the air. CONSTITUTION: A first reaction bath(10), a second reaction bath(20), a discharging bath(30), and a filtering discharging pipe are arranged. A stormwater inlet(11) is arranged at the upper side of the upstream in the first reaction bath. The reaction bath embeds a downward filtering unit, and a primarily processed water discharging pipe is arranged at the lower side of the downstream in the first reaction bath. The second reaction bath is in connection with the primarily processed water discharging pipe, and a secondary processed water overflowing wall is arranged at the downstream of the second reaction bath. The second reaction bath embeds an upward filtering unit. The discharging bath includes a discharging pipe(31).
