PURPOSE: A correcting device for measuring ultra-pure water and ordinary conductivity is provided to accurately correct not only normal aqueous solution sample but also ultra-pure water by changing temperature. ;CONSTITUTION: A correcting device for measuring ultra-pure water and ordinary conductivity comprises a storage tank(10), a purifying device(14), and a thermo-bath(16). The storage tank stores the distilled water. The purifying device receives the distilled water from the storage tank and eliminates impurity and ion. The thermo-bath provides the deionized water from which impurity and ion are removed. The thermo-bath keeps the temperature of deionized water to measure and correct conductivity of deionized water. The ultra-pure water conductivity measurement correcting device is located in the thermo-bath. The controller determines that a measurement value which is measured by ultra-pure water conductivity measuring sensor is within a fixed setting area. The distilled water is circulated in the storage tank, purifying device and thermo-bath until the measured value reaches within the fixed range.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
