PURPOSE: A root-resistant sheet and a rooftop greening system using the same are provided to effectively prevent damage to a waterproof layer of rooftop caused by the penetration of plant root. CONSTITUTION: A root-resistant sheet(100) is composed of a root-resistant layer(112), a protective layer(111), and a sub-adhesive layer(114). The protective layer is located on the underside of the root-resistant layer. The sub-adhesive layer is located on the top of the root-resistant layer. The root-resistant layer, the protective layer, and the sub-adhesive layer are integrally laminated.
