PURPOSE: An eyesight testing device is provided to minimize an error in an input process by converting the voice of a subject into a character through a voice recognizing method. ;CONSTITUTION: An optotype tester(40) displays optotype image data as an optotype image. The optotype image is composed of a plurality of blocks. A subject look at the optotype through the optotype tester. A controller(30) makes a subject listen to a guide message for testing eyesight through a speaker. The controller recognizes the voice spoken according to the optotype image and determines the eyesight according to the recognized voice.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
